So-so franchise on Elmira Road. Good concept, but it doesn't quite see itself through. Service is very iffy, and the very young staff don't seem to be listening to orders so much as chatting with one another. The wait is long, special requests are ignored. The atmosphere is nice, however, with free wi-fi and lots of couches and lounging areas. Dessert menu has good options.
